Notice Concerning Introduction of New RIKEN TECHNOS Shareholder Benefits Program

The longer you hold, the greater the benefits.

RIKEN TECHNOS CORPORATION (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President & CEO: Kazuaki Tokiwa) has passed a resolution, at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on January 30, 2026, to introduce a Shareholder Benefits Program.

Purpose of Shareholder Benefits Program
RIKEN TECHNOS has positioned shareholder returns, alongside the promotion of growth and strategic investments, as one of its key management issues in the three-year medium-term business plan “One Vision, New Stage 2027.” It is also implementing initiatives to encourage medium- to long-term ownership of shares among an even wider range of investors.
Introduction of this new Shareholder Benefits Program aims to show appreciation to shareholders for their ongoing support and to deepen their understanding and interest in the Company’s business.

Details of Shareholder Benefits Program
(1) Applicable shareholders
Shareholders listed or recorded in the shareholder register as of each record date (last day of March and last day of September each year) who have 200 shares (2 units) or more in the Company shall have access to the Shareholder Benefits Program.

(2)Shareholder benefits
1. Prepaid Cards（QUO Cards）
Applicable shareholders will receive Prepaid Cards（QUO Cards） with amounts depending on the number of shares held and continuous shareholding period.

*The continuous shareholding period refers to the period of time during which shares are held continuously under the same shareholder number by a shareholder listed or recorded in the shareholder register as of each record date (last day of March and last day of September each year).

2. RIKEN products (small-roll wraps for household use)
In addition to Prepaid Cards（QUO Cards）, applicable shareholders will also receive RIKEN products (small-roll wraps for household use) to deepen interest and understanding in the Company’s business.

Start of Shareholder Benefits Program
The Shareholder Benefits Program will start to be administered to applicable shareholders listed or recorded in the shareholder register as of the last day of March 2026.

Timing of special gift distribution
The above special gifts will be distributed within roughly three months of each record date (last day of March and last day of September each year). Actual timing may vary.

Other information
Any changes to the Shareholder Benefits Program will be disclosed and advised promptly.

RIKEN TECHNOS will work to further improve corporate value through the building of ongoing relationships of trust with all shareholders.
