Staticmaster:Overview
Staticmaster® is a thermoplastic molding compound capable of preventing static electricity in uncharged surface by using ion conductivity mechanism. Since it is a ghomogenous molding compoundh, its antistatic properties come from not only the surface but the entire product.
Since no surface coating or vapor deposition, surface-active agent, carbon black, or carbon fiber is applied, it is free from contamination due to surface delamination, detached particles, bleeding out, and blooming.

Staticmaster®s scope of application includes an uncharged surface, to which it has not been applicable, as well as to a range of surfaces handled by conventional technologies.
Because it has a wide range of applications with low contamination level, it is one of the most suitable molding materials for various products and applications that require ESD protection.

Staticmaster® is used as an ESD protection material as high-end applications such as carriers and packing materials used in the manufacturing and assembling process of semiconductors, liquid crystal panels, and other electronic devices. It is also applied in various fields as shown below.
